Aspire Wellbeing is committed to protecting your personal information when you are using our services. This Privacy Policy relates to our use of any personal information you provide to us via phone or text, by email, in letters, our social media or other correspondence.
In order to provide you with the full range of Aspire Wellbeing products and services, we sometimes need to collect information about you.
Aspire Wellbeing is committed to safeguarding your personal information. Whenever you provide such information, we are legally obliged to use your information in line with all laws concerning the protection of personal information, including the Data Protection Act 1998 (these laws are referred to collectively in this Privacy Policy as the “data protection laws”).
Aspire Wellbeing’s website contains hyperlinks to websites owned and operated by third parties. These third party websites have their own privacy policies, and are also likely to use cookies, and we therefore urge you to review them. They will govern the use of personal information you submit, which may also be collected by cookies whilst visiting these websites. We do not accept any responsibility or liability for the privacy practices of such third party websites and your use of such websites is at your own risk.

Who are we?
Aspire Wellbeing is a social partnership that provides day care services for disabled adults in and around the Lambeth area. We have a range of facilities that we rent to the local community to raise funds to help to subsidise running costs. We are a not-for-profit organisation. When we refer to “we”’, “us” or “our”, we are referring to Aspire Wellbeing.
What information will Aspire Wellbeing collect about me?
When you participate in, access or sign up to any of Aspire Wellbeing’s products, services, activities, visit our website and/or complete any of our online forms, we may receive personal information about you. This can consist of information such as your name, email address, postal address, telephone or mobile number or date of birth, depending on the activity involved.
By submitting your details, you enable Aspire Wellbeing (and where applicable its contractors) to provide you with the services, activities or online content you select.
Aspire Wellbeing also uses cookies and collects IP addresses (an IP address is a number that can uniquely identify a specific computer or other network device on the internet) from visitors to our website.
We use Google Analytics for aggregated, anonymised website traffic analysis. In order to track your session usage, Google drops a cookie (_ga) with a randomly-generated ClientID in your browser. This ID is anonymised and contains no identifiable information like email, phone number, name, etc. We also send Google your IP Address. We use GA to track aggregated website behaviour, such as what pages you looked at, for how long, and so on. This information is important to us for improving the user experience and determining site effectiveness. If you would like to access what browsing information we have – or ask us to delete any GA data – please delete your _ga cookies, reach out to us via this form, and/or install the Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-On.
We use Hotjar in order to better understand our users ‘needs and to optimise this service and experience. Hotjar is a technology service that helps us better understand our users’ experience (eg how much time they spend on which pages, which links they choose to click, what users do and don’t like, etc.) and this enables us to build and maintain our service with user feedback. Hotjar uses cookies and other technologies to collect data on our users’ behaviour and their devices. This includes a device’s IP address (processed during your session and stored in a de-identified form), device screen size, device type (unique device identifiers), browser information, geographic location (country only), and the preferred language used to display our website. Hotjar stores this information on our behalf in a pseudonymised user profile. Hotjar is contractually forbidden to sell any of the data collected on our behalf.
For further details, please see the ‘about Hotjar’ section of Hotjar’s support site.
